Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Build My AI App website, the paid live online workshop, recordings, bonuses, and related materials (collectively, the "Service"). By registering, paying for, or attending the workshop, you agree to these Terms.

The workshop is an online educational session delivered live over Zoom (or a similar platform) by an instructor. The session is designed to teach participants how to build a simple AI-powered application using no-code and AI tools. A recording is provided after the session.

We provide the Service for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or technical outcome.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or attend the workshop.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

On successful payment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to attend the workshop and access the recording and bonus materials for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the workshop content, recordings, slides, or bonuses with anyone else.

• Do not record, screen-capture, or rebroadcast the live workshop without written permission.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not share your login or workshop access link with others.
• Behave respectfully toward the instructor and other participants.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if you violate these rules.

All content — including the workshop curriculum, recordings, slides, prompts, bonuses, text, logos, and graphics — is owned by Build My AI App or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

During the workshop we demonstrate third-party tools (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Cloudflare). We are not affiliated with, and not responsible for, these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not promise that the workshop will result in a working app, business success, revenue, or any specific outcome. Results vary based on your project, effort, prior experience, and the tools you choose. Any cost comparisons shown on our website are illustrative estimates, not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the workshop in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
