Terms of Service

Welcome. By using superapp.company or buying a build from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What we sell

Superapp is a done-for-you AI coaching ecosystem build service. We design, build, train AI on your material, and ship your branded coaching app in 14 calendar days. The base price is ₹1,50,000+ first milestone with a typical full build between ₹4–12 Lakhs depending on scope. Final scope and price are confirmed in writing after the discovery call.

2. The 14-day delivery guarantee

If we fail to deliver a working web superapp by Day 14 from kick-off (defined as the date you complete onboarding and we acknowledge in writing), your first milestone of ₹1,50,000 is refunded in full, no questions asked. Source code held in your name in escrow from Day 06; you receive it at handoff regardless of refund.

"Delivery" means: branded web superapp accessible at your domain, your two niche AI tools trained on your material and operational, payments integrated, your first cohort migration completed, login/account flows working. Cosmetic feedback rounds and minor bugs do not count as "not delivered."

3. What we ask of you

• Complete onboarding (8 steps) within 7 days of payment so we can start the clock.
• Provide brand assets, course content, AI training material in usable form (per onboarding spec).
• Sign off on design (Day 03–05) within 48 hours of presentation. Beyond that, the clock pauses.
• Make yourself available for a 90-min discovery call + weekly 30-min check-ins during the build.

4. Payment

• First milestone: ₹1,50,000 (₹150,000) inclusive of taxes, charged upfront via Razorpay or bank transfer.
• Remaining scope: invoiced at design sign-off (Day 05) and at launch (Day 14). Payment plans and EMI available on request.
• GST invoiced (IRN-compliant). Indian customers can claim input tax credit.

5. Intellectual property

• You own everything we build for you — code, designs, trained AI models, content. Source code repos transferred at Day 14.
• Your course material and training data remain yours. We never use them for any other client or for our own AI training.
• Superapp retains the right to mention you in our case studies and portfolio with your written permission.

6. Phase-2 add-ons

Native iOS app, Native Android app, AI Voice Clone, and Hackathon Engine are available as Phase-2 add-ons after the base build is live. Pricing and timeline quoted separately. No obligation to buy.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under any claim related to a build is capped at the total amount you have paid us in that engagement. We are not liable for consequential damages (lost revenue, lost cohorts) — we ARE liable for delivering what we agreed to.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's proprietary information confidential. Your course content and customer data is yours; we treat it under the same Privacy Policy as our own.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to arbitration seated in Bengaluru per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Changes to these terms

Material changes are emailed to active customers 14 days before they take effect. Existing engagements are governed by the terms in place at the time of payment.
