Refund Policy

Attend the live workshop, follow the steps as taught, and if you don't ship a working app by the end of the session, write to us and we'll issue a full refund of the amount you paid for the workshop ticket.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

• Join the live workshop on time and stay for the full duration.
• Follow the steps demonstrated by the instructor during the session.
• Submit your refund request within 7 days of the workshop end time, using the same email address you used to register.
• Briefly describe what you attempted to build and where it didn't work.

We may ask for screenshots or a short description of what you tried so that we can improve future sessions. Refunds will not be issued if you did not attend the live workshop, did not attempt to follow the steps, or are requesting a refund only because you changed your mind after attending.

Send an email to support@superapp.company with the subject line "Refund request" and include:

• The email and phone number used to register.
• The transaction ID or payment receipt from Razorpay.
• Date of the workshop you attended.
• A short note about what you built (or tried to build).

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

• Requests submitted more than 7 days after the workshop.
• Requests from registrants who did not attend the live workshop.
• Bonuses or third-party tool costs (e.g. OpenAI usage, hosting fees).
• Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting us — please email us first.

This refund policy is the only guarantee we offer. We do not promise specific results, revenue, audience, or business outcomes from attending the workshop. App build time and outcomes depend on your project, your effort, and the third-party tools you use. Any cost comparisons shown on our website are illustrative estimates.
