Refund Policy

We back our 14-day delivery promise with one of the most direct refund policies in the category. Here's the plain version.

1. The 14-day delivery guarantee

If we don't deliver a working branded web superapp by Day 14 of your build (counted from kick-off), your first milestone of ₹1,50,000 is refunded in full. No fine print, no "at our discretion." Source code in escrow stays in your name and is transferred to you regardless of the refund.

2. Pre-build refunds

After payment but before kick-off (i.e. before Day 01 of build), you can request a refund for any reason within 7 days of the transaction. We refund the full amount minus the actual Razorpay processing fee (approximately 2%). Written request to gaurav@superapp.company.

3. Mid-build refunds

Once we begin work (Day 01), refunds become pro-rated based on milestones completed:

• Days 01–02 (Discovery + Blueprint): 80% refundable.
• Days 03–05 (Design): 50% refundable, design assets transferred to you.
• Days 06–12 (Build): 25% refundable, all completed code + AI training transferred.
• Days 13–14 (Launch): Build is complete; the 14-day delivery guarantee logic above applies instead.

4. What does NOT trigger a refund

• You don't complete onboarding within 7 days of payment.
• You miss the design sign-off window (clock pauses but no refund).
• You change scope mid-build beyond what was agreed at discovery.
• Cosmetic feedback or minor bug fixes that don't materially affect the launch.
• Your students or cohort don't convert at the rate you hoped — the build is delivered; market outcomes are not guaranteed.

5. Phase-2 add-ons

Native iOS, Native Android, AI Voice Clone, and Hackathon Engine add-ons follow the same pro-rata schedule as their respective build timelines, defined in writing at the time of purchase.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. GST credit notes are issued accordingly.

7. How to request a refund
